I wrote this song in 1969 in English and Chantale Renaud adapted French lyrics and recorded her voice with my permission on my musical tracks. My English release of “Plattsburgh Drive-In Blues” was the “B” side of “Baby You Got It All” which received marginal air play. Maybe “PLATTSBURG” should have been the “A” side. I think the song is more appreciated today. Drive-in movies were certainly a big part of American history. We didn’t have them in Quebec until the 70’s because of some religious reason.
